Payment information

  • Fees/voluntary contributions are usually paid in half at the beginning of each half term.

  • We do not refund fees if your child is absent through illness or on holiday during term time.

  • We require a month’s notice if you want to withdraw your child from the Pre-School, otherwise we charge a month’s fees from the date on which notice is given.

  • All children over three years old receive the Early Years Entitlement Funding the term after their third birthday.

The Pre-School would not be able to function without regular Voluntary Contributions from parents. We greatly appreciate it being Gift Aided if you are a tax payer.

Should there be a problem with payment, please speak to the manager, Tracey Sparks.
