Payment information
To provide clarity on payment terms and conditions, please note:
Termly fees are usually paid in instalments at the beginning of each half term, i.e. half at each half term.
We do not refund fees for absences due to illness or holidays during term time.
One-month’s notice is required if you want to withdraw your child from the Pre-School. Otherwise, we charge a month’s fees from the date notice is given.
All children over 3 years old receive Early Years Entitlement Funding from the term after their third birthday. Children that are entitled to 2 year old funding need to provide a letter or eligibility code.
Support is available to parents and caregivers who may face difficulty paying fees. Please discuss any such issues with our Pre-School Manager.
