At St James Pre-School, we operate a free-flow system thereby allowing the children to choose between indoor and outdoor play which fosters their independence and joy of discovery.

Located next to the Birchwood Centre, our day nursery enjoys exclusive access to a spacious indoor hall, available five days a week. This, combined with our inviting outdoor play areas, ensures children have consistently active and engaging days in a fun and safe environment regardless of the weather.

Our thoughtfully designed pre-school room offers a diverse range of resources to stimulate imaginative play, problem-solving, sharing, and turn-taking, ensuring every corner is an invitation to explore and create.

Downstairs in the hall, children can engage with physical activities and participate in various extra curricular experiences.
